Type one or more search terms in the search field, and press "search"
Combined search
You can combine more than one search term in the search field. A space between 2 search terms will act as and. You can narrow your search by using the operators not and or.
If you for instance type Bach Leipzig , all records containing both search terms will be returned. A search Bach not Leipzig will only return those records, where Bach occurs, and exclude records containing Leipzig. A search like Bach or Leipzig will return records containing either Bach, Leipzig or both.
Search-strings are defined with quotation marks. The search-string "David Bowie" will only return records where David and Bowie occur in exactly the same order as defined between the quotation marks.
Truncation
You can also truncate your searches by typing * or ? before or after your search term. This means, that you for instance can perform a search for the danish composer Lange-Müller just by typing lange-m* . Quite usefull, if you are uncertain how to spell the name.
